Application
Suitable for use with clean water even where air is present and with liquids that are not chemically aggressive towards the materials from which the pump is made.
The pumps are designed to pump water even in cases where air is present. As a result of their quietness, reliability and low energy consumption they are recommended for use in domestic and civil applications such as the pressurisation and distribution of water in combination with pressure sets, and in rain water recovery and irrigation systems, etc.
The pump should be installed in an enclosed environment, or at least sheltered from iclement weather.

The HMC series horizontal multistage pump stands as an industry leader, efficiently catering to diverse clean water pumping requirements. Boasting a compact design and operating with minimal noise, this pump is an optimal choice for applications such as water transfer, drip irrigation, and domestic water boosting. Its exceptional performance ensures reliable water pumping, while the space-saving configuration provides a sturdy and efficient solution for various needs. Whether used for irrigation, drip systems, or household water boosting, the MH Series delivers outstanding results in a compact and quietly efficient design.
How to install horizontal multistage pump and matters needing attention
1. The weight of the pipeline should not be borne on the pump during installation, otherwise the pump will be easily damaged; the anchor bolts must be tightened during installation, and the pump should be inspected every certain period of time to prevent it from loosening, so as to avoid severe vibration when the pump is started. Performance;
3 Before installing the pump, carefully check whether there are hard objects (such as rocks, iron sand, etc.) in the pump flow path that affect the operation of the pump to avoid damaging the flow components during the operation of the pump: for easy maintenance and safe use, install the pump inlet and outlet pipelines A regulating valve and a pressure gauge near the inlet and outlet of the pump. For high-lift pumps, in order to prevent water hammer, a check valve should be installed in front of the outlet gate valve to deal with sudden power failures and other accidents caused by power loss. , So as to ensure that the pump runs under the best conditions and prolong the service life of the pump;
3. When the pump is used for suction lift, it should be equipped with a bottom valve, and the inlet pipe should not have too many bends, and there should be no water or air leakage, so as not to affect the suction performance of the pump;
4 In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow passage and affecting performance, a filter should be installed in front of the pump inlet; before installing the pipeline, rotate the rotor part of the pump, and there should be no friction or jamming, otherwise the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
